Meet Katelynn! A stay-at-home mom to a 2.5-year-old and 1-year-old, and a Chike customer. After becoming a mom, Katelynn quickly felt like she lost her identity and knew she needed to focus on herself so she can be her best version for her family.

Katelynn's Story -

Katelynn is in a special stage in her life being a stay-at-home mom to her two kids, but she says it isn’t always easy. “It’s the most beautiful thing to experience, but also the most exhausting thing. It is hands down the best, but hardest job I have ever had,” Katelynn said. There was a period where Katelynn had lost herself and felt like she didn’t have an identity outside of being a mom and knew she needed to start focusing on herself. Katelynn said, "It's something I really, really struggled with. I knew I had to work on myself because, at the end of the day, all you want to do is to give your family the best version of you. I decided to dive into fitness, more so than I had ever done before.” 

Katelynn's new routine is they wake up and go to the gym to give her that time to focus on herself and her health while her children play with their friends in child watch. “We get home and the first thing that I do is I make my protein iced coffee. It’s the best of both worlds… it’s my post-workout shake and the fuel I need to get me through the rest of the day with two toddlers. In fact, I love it so much that it’s a part of my routine whether I workout or not. It’s like I'm drinking a crafted latte without the guilt!” Katelynn said
