INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- ½ Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat waffle iron, or skillet to make pancakes, and spray with cooking spray
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
- Pour batter into waffle iron
- Add dark chocolate chips on top (optional)
- Cook until golden brown
- Add toppings of choice
- Enjoy!
