Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Protein Waffles

It's (almost) Fall so we are adding Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee  into every recipe that we can! These waffles will quickly become your favorite! - CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN PROTEIN WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 scoops of Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee
    • 2 large eggs
    • ½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
    • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk 
    • ½ Tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats
    • ½ teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • Dark chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

    • Preheat waffle iron, or skillet to make pancakes, and spray with cooking spray
    • Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
    • Pour batter into waffle iron
    • Add dark chocolate chips on top (optional)
    • Cook until golden brown
    • Add toppings of choice
    • Enjoy!
