Count us in when it comes to anything PSL! We're loving this no bake recipe.- PROTEIN PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy
- Add the Chike, pumpkin puree, and 1 cup of melted white chocolate chips. Mix until smooth
- Store in the fridge for 2 hours
- Scoop mixture into balls on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour
- Melt 2 cups of white chocolate and coat your pumpkin cheesecake balls, place back on your baking sheet and freeze until hardened
- Enjoy!
