Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls

Count us in when it comes to anything PSL! We're loving this no bake recipe.- PROTEIN PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

      DIRECTIONS

          • Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy
          • Add the Chike, pumpkin puree, and 1 cup of melted white chocolate chips. Mix until smooth
          • Store in the fridge for 2 hours
          • Scoop mixture into balls on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour
          • Melt 2 cups of white chocolate and coat your pumpkin cheesecake balls, place back on your baking sheet and freeze until hardened
          • Enjoy!
