INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee
- 2 tbsp crushed honey salted pretzels
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup oat flour
- ⅔ cup of sugar replacement
- ⅓ cup egg whites
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
TOPPING
- 2 tbsp crushed honey salted pretzels
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven at 350F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Mix the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, water, and egg whites. Mix well
- Transfer into a small baking dish
- Add the toppings
- Bake 20-25 minutes and let it cool
- Enjoy
