Protein Pumpkin Cookie Skillet

Forget what the weather says, we're channeling Fall! Enjoy the Fall flavors in this Protein Pumpkin Cookie Skillet. - PROTEIN PUMPKIN COOKIE SKILLET

INGREDIENTS

      • 2 scoops Chike Pumpkin Spice Protein Iced Coffee
      • 2 tbsp crushed honey salted pretzels
      • 1 tsp baking powder
      • 2 tbsp water
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • ⅔ cup oat flour
      • ⅔ cup of sugar replacement
      • ⅓ cup egg whites
      • ⅓ cup greek yogurt

TOPPING

      • 2 tbsp crushed honey salted pretzels
      • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

    DIRECTIONS

        • Preheat the oven at 350F.
        • Mix all the dry ingredients
        • Mix the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, water, and egg whites. Mix well
        • Transfer into a small baking dish
        • Add the toppings
        • Bake 20-25 minutes and let it cool
        • Enjoy
