White Mocha Hazelnut Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

4 scoops Chike Mocha Protein Iced Coffee

4 tbsp of chia seeds

½ cup ground flaxseed

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup greek yogurt

¼ cup chopped hazelnuts

Sweetener to taste

Toasted hazelnuts (extra)

1 tbsp melted white white chocolate

1 tbsp hazelnut butter

⅓ cup raspberries

Directions
In a small pan, toast your hazelnuts for 2-4 minutes at medium high heat
In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients for the pudding and let it sit overnight (or microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds)
Decorate a glass with hazelnut butter, serve chia seed pudding, add toppings, and enjoy!
