I have been drinking chike for about ten years now. I had Gastric bypass and can’t tolerate a lot of protein drinks!!
But I tolerate chike well and it really is delicious!!! It is not gritty like a lot of them. I mix a scoop and a half of chocolate or vanilla and some peanut butter powder with skim milk!!! It’s filling and a treat!!!
And they have the beat customer service, personal and thoughtful....which you absolutely do not see anymore!!!

I have been using Chike for over 11 years. It's the best tasting protein shake I have found, with low sugar and doesn't taste like chalk! I mix mine with water, sometime use my cold coffee and vanilla with some ice. In the summer I add more ice, use my magic blender to make a thicker more frozen style of drink.
I have lost 97#'s and have kept it off. I am able to reach my protein goals and maintain my weight! Would highly recommend!

OMG!! Chike's Chocolate Mix is awesome! I mix this with crushed ice and 8 oz of ice water along with 2 tablespoons of Chike Peanut Butter Powder. Mix it up in Chike BlenderBottle Classic Shaker! This is the closest thing to a Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Blizzard that I know of! I love it!

I had gastric bipass 10 years ago, I had to go on a liquid diet for three months, I literally tried about 50 brands of protein shakes, HATED them all.
I found chike as it was one of the ones recommended by other GBP patients.
I love it because it is tasty, it doesn’t have that gritty protein shake taste. I MIx chocolate and vanilla and strawberry and vanilla for a yummy shake. I have all three in hand and can have alone or mixed in pairs.
The fact I drink one everyday for the past 10 years speaks volumes to how good it is!!!
Add a banana or a handful of berries and I can get through two hours of rigorous exercise!!!
