Chike Rewards Frequently Asked Questions: How do I…

Earn points?
  • Points are earned by purchased made on iLikeChike.com by purchasers with a Chike account. Purchasers earn 1 points for every dollar spent PLUS 1.5 points for every dollar spent on Subscribe & Save products. Customers with existing Chike accounts will be given purchase credit from purchases made after 5/2/22.
Gain certain tiers?
  • Purchasers gain access to certain tiers by spending the amount associated with each tier on iLikeChike.com once they have created a Rewards account.

Get points added to my account for past purchases?

  • In general, points will not be added for purchases before 5/2/22. Points are accumulated for those who have created accounts are have begun accumulating points since initiating their account.

Log into my rewards account?

  • Go to iLikeChike.com and select the “Rewards” button in the main menu or navigate directly to iLikeChike.com/pages/rewards. Then login with your Chike credentials and select Rewards in the main menu.
How long are my points good?
  • Points will be good to use for 12 months after last account activity. Points will accumulate within rolling 12 months of when purchase has been made.
How long do I stay in my tier after achieving the status?
  • Individuals in each tier will retain their tier status for 12 months after achieving the tier. If the same level of activity is not met in the following year (ie the same overall amount spent decreases below tier threshold), the individual will be demoted to the next lowest tier.
What can I use my Rewards on?
  • Rewards can be used on any purchase that allows discounts or coupons being applied to the purchase.
