INGREDIENTS
Topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- 2 cups of Chike Natural Caramel Macchiato Protein Iced Coffee
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl
- Scoop the graham cracker crust into 12 lined, muffin tin cups - pack the crust well and place in the freezer
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, Chike, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the prepared crusts evenly, then chill in the freezer for a few hours
