Protein Chocolate Caramel Balls

A recipe this easy and delicious? We're sold. Plus, these make the perfect Easter treat! - PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BALLS

INGREDIENTS

      • 2 scoops of Chike Caramel Protein Iced Coffee
      • ¼ cup cocoa powder
      • ½ cup almond butter
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • 2 tbsp maple syrup
      • 1 tbsp milk

TOPPING

      • 3-4 oz chocolate
      • 1 tsp coconut oil

      DIRECTIONS

          • In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients with a spatula
          • Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet
          • Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes
          • In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil in 20 second increments, stirring between each session. Repeat until melted
          • Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and then place on parchment paper
          • Store in the fridge
          • Enjoy!
