Protein Mocha Mint Bites

This seasonal flavor sold out quickly, but we are going to make this recipe as much as we can! - PROTEIN MOCHA MINT BITES

INGREDIENTS

      • 2 scoops of Chike Mocha Mint Protein Iced Coffee
      • ½ cup almond flour
      • ¼ cup cocoa powder
      • ½ cup oat flour
      • ¼ cup maple syrup
      • ¼ cup creamy almond butter
      • ½ tsp vanilla extract
      • ¼ cup extra cocoa powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

      • In a bowl, add the almond butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir with a spatula. Repeat until mixture is melted and combined
      • Once melted, add the vanilla extract, Chike, almond flour, cocoa powder, and oat flour. Stir until combined
      • Form into 1 inch balls
      • Roll in extra cocoa powder (optional)
      • Store in refrigerator
      • Enjoy!
