INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of Chike Mocha Mint Protein Iced Coffee
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup creamy almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup extra cocoa powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, add the almond butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir with a spatula. Repeat until mixture is melted and combined
- Once melted, add the vanilla extract, Chike, almond flour, cocoa powder, and oat flour. Stir until combined
- Form into 1 inch balls
- Roll in extra cocoa powder (optional)
- Store in refrigerator
- Enjoy!
