If you're new to Chike, we highly recommend that you initially try our powders with cold water or milk. Most people tend to gasp when we recommend using just cold water, but we think you'll be presently surprised at the end result! Unlike many other protein or meal replacement powders, we specially formulated Chike to taste great when it's mixed with just 7oz of cold water (TIP: You can adjust the amount of liquid to your liking. For a creamier, milkshake-like consistency, use less liquid. For a thinner consistency, add more liquid.) When mixing, we recommend that you use a shaker bottle for best results.
