Fudgy Protein Brownie

This single-serve brownie will be your new favorite go-to when you're looking for a healthy sweet treat.

Ingredients

2 scoops of Chike Triple Shot Espresso & Cream Protein Iced Coffee (or Chike Mocha)

1 egg yolk
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
-
1 tbsp cacao powder
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
2 tbsp dark chocolate morsels
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix your wet ingredients together in a bowl
Add Chike powder and mix
Fold in the cacao powder and chocolate chips
Transfer to a small ramekin or oven-safe dish
Top with extra chocolate chips (optional)
Bake for 18-22 minutes
Remove from oven and top with flakey sea salt
Enjoy!

One scoop of each flavor (2 overall) or two scoops of the triple shot and two scoops of the cream flavor (4 overall) ???? Just making sure I read that right
