INGREDIENTS

      • 1 scoop of Chike Chai Latte Protein Iced Coffee
      • 2 cups all-purpose flour
      • 2 tsp baking powder
      • ½ tsp salt
      • 1 tsp cinnamon
      • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
      • 1 cup granulated sugar
      • 2 large eggs
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • ½ cup milk

GLAZE

      • 2 tbsp milk
      • 1 cup powdered sugar

      DIRECTIONS

          • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line aloaf pan with parchment paper
          • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Chike until well combined
          • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla extract
          • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, until a smooth batter forms
          • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
          • Bake for 50-60 minutes
          • Let the loaf cool in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely
          • Top with the glaze and enjoy!
