INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops ofChike Chai Latte Protein Iced Coffee
- 1 block of light cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup of organic whipping cream
- 2 whole eggs (room temperature)
- 1 yolk
- 1 cup of granulated stevia
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until smooth
- Let the batter sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 390F
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes
- Let it cool down in the refrigerator
- Enjoy!
