INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp of Chike (flavor of choice)
- 1 egg
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- Frosting or Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Top with frosting or Greek yogurt
- Enjoy!
