Protein Mocha Crumble Cookie Frappe

You don’t want to miss out on this indulgent, but healthy sweet treat!

Ingredients

2 scoops of Mocha Protein Iced Coffee (or Chike White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Iced Coffee)
-
1 cup ice

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¾ cup milk
-
½ cup brewed coffee (room temperature or cold)

¼ tsp almond extract
-
Whipped cream
-
Chocolate syrup
-
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Toppings
Directions
Blend all ingredients for 20 seconds
Serve in a glass and add toppings
Sip and enjoy!

Highly recommend! This is delicious! I didn’t want more caffeine so I left the coffee out of the recipe and the recipe works perfectly without added coffee. There’s still plenty of fluids to blend up the ice with 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk). The only mixer on the optional that I put in was Trader Joe’s midnight moo dark chocolate syrup I only used 5 g 14 cal so much less than the 2 tablespoon serving.
