Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 scoops of Chike Vanilla Protein Iced Coffee
    • 1 cup oats 
    • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
    • 1 1/3 cup of chocolate 

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix everything together, except the chocolate, and roll into balls
    • Freeze the for 15 - 20 minutes
    • Melt your chocolate and dip each one in the chocolate
    • Put back in the freezer to harden
    • Enjoy!

Another alternative to this recipe would be incorporating cocoa powder into the mix…or using the Chocolate PB Chike in place of vanilla.
