The easiest and most delicious afternoon Summer snack! - WHITE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN APRICOT BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 4 scoops Chike Sweet Cream Protein Iced Coffee
- 1 ¼ cup of oats
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ⅔ cup of sugar alternative
- ½ cup of egg whites
- 6 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped fresh apricots
- ¼ cup of white chocolate chips
GLAZE (optional)
- Powdered monk fruit
- Splash of almond milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven at 350F
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the almond butter, vanilla extract and egg whites, and mix well
- Add the apricots and white chocolate chips and stir again
- Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish
- Bake for 25 minutes and let it cool
- Add optional glaze and enjoy!
