White Chocolate Protein Apricot Bars

The easiest and most delicious afternoon Summer snack! - WHITE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN APRICOT BARS

INGREDIENTS

      • 4 scoops Chike Sweet Cream Protein Iced Coffee
      • 1 ¼ cup of oats
      • 1 tsp of baking powder
      • ⅔ cup of sugar alternative
      • ½ cup of egg whites
      • 6 tbsp of almond butter
      • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
      • 1 cup of chopped fresh apricots
      • ¼ cup of white chocolate chips

GLAZE (optional)

      • Powdered monk fruit
      • Splash of almond milk

    DIRECTIONS

        • Preheat the oven at 350F
        • Mix all the dry ingredients
        • Add the almond butter, vanilla extract and egg whites, and mix well
        • Add the apricots and white chocolate chips and stir again
        • Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish
        • Bake for 25 minutes and let it cool
        • Add optional glaze and enjoy!
